Supplier's service may be used by the User for lawful purposes only. Any breach of the provisions below (including but not limited) will result in an immediate withdrawal of service provided by the Supplier. User IP will be banned from Our Network.
* Clients must not participate in any form of Unlawful Activity.
* Clients must not abuse our server hardware nor network.
* Clients must not collect or store personal data about other Clients or Partners.
* Clients must not attempt to gain the privileges of another user.
* Clients must not attempt to use the Control Panel inside Member Area for purposes other than its intended.
* Clients must not participate in any form of unsolicited bulk e-mailing or SPAM.
The client will be given a Personal Account Information (Username and Password) upon completing the Service's registration process, which is for personal use only. This information should be used to access User Account by Signing In to the Member Area. Clients must not divulge their password to any other people.
User fully responsible for all activities that occur under given password or account.
The client shall taken reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
User must immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use of Client password or account or any other breach of security.
User should force exit from Member Area at the end of each session by Signing Out.
Supplier cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Clientr failure to comply with this Section "Password Security"
The Company reserves the right to change the password in the event of any suspected security breach.
All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, links, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the User from whom such Content originated. This means that User, and not Company, are entirely responsible for all Content that User upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Company does not control, or have any knowledge of, the content of any communication(s) spread by the use of the Company Service. The content of the communication is entirely the responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. User will be liable for any and all liability that may arise out of the content transmitted trough our network by using Company Service. Under no circumstances will Company be liable in any way for any Content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
Company does not claim ownership of Content User submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content User submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, User grant Company the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:
With respect to Content User submit or make available for Company, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as User elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time User remove or We removes such Content from the Service.
Advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between User and such advertiser. User agree that Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Company has no control over such sites and resources, User acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. User further acknowledge and agree that Proogly shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
In no circumstances whatsoever will the Company, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates or agents or any other service provider who furnishes services to User in connection the service be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, compensatory, or consequential damages, or for any other damages, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, unavailability or removal of services.
No Warranties. Company will not be liable for any disruptions, delays or other omissions in any Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to User, and we are not obligated to support or update the Service. We will not be liable to User or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Service
No Granting of Rights to Third Parties. User will not sell, assign, rent, lease, distribute, export, import, act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights to third parties with regard to the Company Products include Software and/or Service.
All information about User (collected or passed through) is subject to our Privacy Policy. User should realise that Our Service utilizes public Internet and third party networks and other communications. Company shall not be held liable for any lack of privacy which may be experienced with regard to the Service.
